Contact

Description

 

Contact entry types are used to manage your contacts in Devolutions Server.

 

Settings

 

You can choose between 7 different types of contacts:

 

CONTACT TYPE

 

DESCRIPTION

Company

ContactCompanyLarge

Used to define and configure a "Company" contact.

Customer

ContactCustomerLarge

Used to define and configure a "Customer" contact.

Default

ContactDefaultLarge

Used to define and configure contact with no defined type. Use this type of entry if your contact does not fit in any other category.

Employee

ContactEmployeeLarge

Used to define and configure a "Employee" contact.

Family

ContactFamilyLarge

Used to define and configure a "Family" contact.

Supplier

ContactSupplierLarge

Used to define and configure a "Supplier" contact.

Support

ContactSupportLarge

Used to define and configure a "Support" contact.

 

Enter all the information related to a contact to create your entry.

 

General

Use the General side menu to enter basic information about the contact, such as their name, gender and job title.

Details

Use the Details side menu to enter information about the contact's company address, email and phone number.
